Cell initial submission里没有太多格式要求，但注意supplementary figure的数量小于等于主要figure的数量，且主要figure的数量不能超过7个，另外supplementary items不能是figure数量的两倍，比如我有7个主figure，7个figure S，那就只有7个items S（table, video之类的）。注意加star method table
终稿
figure size不超过6.5 x 8 in (16.5 x 20 cm)，不要嵌在manuscript里，300dpi，Arial字体，6-8pt，图保存为pdf，单个figure大小不超过20MB.
